Arriving in London, we made our way to our B&B in Highbury. It was very comfortable, but perhaps just a little far from the Underground station.

We visited the usual tourist spots, such as Trafalgar Square ...

... the London Eye ...

... the Millennium Bridge ...

... and the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace.

We took a boat down the Thames, past Tower Bridge ...

... the modren high-rise of Canary Wharf ...

... this modest little hotel ...

... the Royal Naval College at Greenwich, with Queen Anne's House behind ...

... and the Millennium Dome ...

... before reaching the Thames Barrier.

We visited Kew Gardens ...

... and the Tower of London.

But we still do not know why this cow sculpture was in the middle of Leicester Square!
