		On the way to Orange, we stopped off at the Mount Tomah Botanic Gardens, where we enjoyed the view and a light meal. †

It was very cold in Orange, so we stayed in our very comfortable motel, only venturing out to go to Lolli Redini.
		Lynn's loin of venison with varied beetroot. Love the tiny charred petal of onion which we were to see again. *
		Pannacotta, fig sorbet, fig, pistachio, pomegranate and pashmak. *

From Orange, we went onwards to Dubbo.
